FOOD & EXHIBITOR STALL APPLICATION

  • This Stall Application form is for organisations who wish to have a presence at Scrutineering and the Start/Finish Line over the race weekend.

  • Please complete all the relevant fields. This will enable us to approve your application in the quickest possible time. If any of your details change before the race weekend please email the details to us at admin@finkedesertrace.com.au

Stall Days

Please indicate the days your stall will be open for business.


Stall Details

Applicants intending to sell food or drink need to submit a menu by email showing items to be sold, serving size and price. They also need to provide a current Certificate of Registration to Operate a Food Business.


CATERING STALLS


Accreditation Passes

Included in your fee is 4 accreditation passes.  Additional passes can be purchased for $50 each.


Public Liability Insurance

It is the responsibility of the stall holder to ensure they have public liability insurance. Min $10M.

For applications to be considered, proof of coverage must be submitted within 5 days. Email to: admin@finkedesertrace.com.au

All exhibitors must have a written agreement with the Finke Desert Race club prior to exhibiting.

Final Info

  • When you submit your application you will receive an email by return summarising your application details

  • Applications are not automatically approved on lodgement. The Committee reserves the right to withdraw applications from the allocation process.

  • Successful applicants will receive an invoice which must be paid to secure the site.

  • You will need to provide evidence of current public liability insurance and provide your own lighting and equipment (i.e tent/shade etc). Power will be provided to you.

  • Food stall applicants will also need to provide evidence that they hold a current Certificate of Registration to Operate a Food Business within the Northern Territory.

  • A site map of where you will be positioned at the Start/Finish Line will be provided to you the week leading into the event.
