This Stall Application form is for organisations who wish to have a presence at Scrutineering and the Start/Finish Line over the race weekend.

Included in your fee is 4 accreditation passes. Additional passes can be purchased for $50 each.

It is the responsibility of the stall holder to ensure they have public liability insurance. Min $10M.

For applications to be considered, proof of coverage must be submitted within 5 days. Email to: admin@finkedesertrace.com.au

All exhibitors must have a written agreement with the Finke Desert Race club prior to exhibiting.

When you submit your application you will receive an email by return summarising your application details
Applications are not automatically approved on lodgement. The Committee reserves the right to withdraw applications from the allocation process.
Successful applicants will receive an invoice which must be paid to secure the site.
You will need to provide evidence of current public liability insurance and provide your own lighting and equipment (i.e tent/shade etc). Power will be provided to you.
A site map of where you will be positioned at the Start/Finish Line will be provided to you the week leading into the event.
