GEAR (OTHER THAN FUEL) TRANSPORT SERVICE
13.1 The gear transport service may be purchased from the Organiser for the additional cost of $70.
13.2 The Organiser will arrange for gear as described below to be transported to:
1. Fuel Stop 1 –Minimal spares e.g. goggles, tubes, sparkplugs, etc.
2. Fuel Stop 2 –Minimal spares e.g. goggles, tubes, sparkplugs, etc.
3. Fuel Stop 3 – Minimal spares e.g. goggles, tubes, sparkplugs, etc.
4. Finke checkpoint – Minimal (at the discretion of the transporter) swag/tent, spares and
personal effects.
13.3 The location for gear drop off will be at the Start Finish Line, South Stuart Hwy adjacent to the
registration centre. Times of gear drop off and collection will be confirmed closer to the event.
13.4 All items for transport must be labelled with your rider number. Organisers will carry nominated
spares to all four points for competitors, if required. Whilst the Organisers will make every effort
to secure gear left for transportation, no responsibility will be taken and no insurance is offered for
loss or damage to said gear.
