Camping at Apatula (Finke) is reserved for Competitors, Crew, Officials and Volunteers.

CarExtra Crew cost $110 per crew member.
Remember: your car entry fee includes 2 crew passes. This is an extra crew pass if you have more than 2 crew. You will need to complete this form and payment for each additional crew member past the 2 already allocated in your entry.
If you do not have more than 2 crew, do not complete this form and go back into your entry and complete the crew names as listed.

Crew - $110 per crew member *

Gear (Not Fuel) Transport costs- $70

a) Fuel Stop 1 – minimal spares eg. Tyres

b) Fuel Stop 2 – minimal spares eg. Tyres

c) Fuel Stop 3 – minimal spares eg. Tyres

d) Finke checkpoint – Minimal (at the discretion of the transporter), fuel, swag/tent, spares and personal effects.

GEAR (OTHER THAN FUEL) TRANSPORT SERVICE - $70 *
